Anti-agglomeration agent
 
   All kinds of inorganic powders, especially those containing a large number of polar functional groups such as hydroxyl on the surface, have a large surface energy difference from rubber&plastic matrix. They are not easy to mix evenly; and the composite system after mixing will harden due to the secondary aggregation of powder in the subsequent process of storage and parking.

Product description:
This product is an aromatic polycarboxylic acid coordination polymer with a three-dimensional network structure. It can improve the surface gloss and fineness of polymer materials; it has excellent dispersion properties for inorganic filler materials which can reduce the tendency of agglomeration in polymer system. As a result, processing properties and physical properties of the composite materials are improved.
In the PVC system, this product can also optimize the plasticizing performance of composite materials and improve plasticizing quality.

Product characteristics:

1) Inhibit rise of Mooney viscosity in parking process of the mixed glue, so that the rubber does not harden;
2) Decomposition temperature is higher than 400ºC, excellent temperature resistance;
3) No migration, no precipitation.

Suggested dosage:
It is recommended to add 1.5-3 phr; or partially replace the processing aids or dispersants in original formula.

Packing, storage and transportation:
This product has excellent storage stability, stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
