Polar rubber reinforcing filler

Product Introduction
This product belongs to the class of aromatic carboxylate fillers and is itself a polar material. Therefore, it has excellent compatibility and dispersibility in polar rubbers such as CR, NBR, FKM and CSM rubber. It can improve the physical and mechanical properties of the products and effectively reduce the processing energy consumption.

Recommended Dosage
It is widely applicable to neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, chlorobutyl rubber, fluoro rubber, polyurethane rubber, polyether rubber, polysulfide rubber, ACM acrylate rubber, and CM/CSM rubber, etc.
Addition is about 1% - 5% of the main rubber content. The usage amount of the original fillers such as silica, calcium carbonate, kaolin etc. can be moderately reduced.


Packaging, Storage and Transportation
It is recommended to store it in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight also. It is strictly prohibited to contact with acidic and alkaline substances.

It is packaged in woven valve bags, with net weight of 25kg per bag.
General chemical transportation methods can be adopted.
