IONIC POLYMER PVC PROCESSING AID ACR-66

The ionic polymer ACR-66 developed by our company is not a traditional acrylic compound. When added to PVC resin, it can significantly increase the gel rate of PVC, reduce the processing temperature, have higher dispersion and product weather resistance, and increase the Vicat softening temperature.

Through the comparison of rheological diagrams (Figure 1) and rheological data (Table 2), it can be seen that ACR-66 promotes the melting of PVC resin, shortens plasticization time, increases melt viscosity, and improves processing rheological properties. Compared to ACR processing aids, ACR-66 has higher plasticization efficiency.
Suggested dosage
In the formulation of hard PVC, it is recommended to use ACR-66 in 1% -5% of the amount of PVC resin used.

1. Our products are widely used in the production of stone plastic flooring, PVC materials and rubber products.
2. In the field of stone plastic floor manufacturing, we produce calcium zinc stabilizer S-197, and high performance composite material A1-705, the ionic polymer ACR-66 and chlorinated polyethylene CPE-135A.
