1. Technical  description

ATE-M169/ATE-M269 transparent MBS resin is a new type of PVC impact modifier developed by our company. It is a terpolymer of methyl methacrylate, butadiene and styrene by emulsion polymerization, with a typical "core-shell" structure. It is a universal transparent MBS anti-impact modifier with balanced processing performance, impact performance, transparency and other aspects.

1. Application

 The product can be used in the fields of PVC transparent containers, pharmaceutical packaging, transparent sheets and films to improve the impact strength of products, especially for all kinds of MBS transparent products, the number of added products and impact strength depends on the demand, generally add 3-6 copies.
Used primarily as an alternative to: B-621, BTA-717, MB-872, M-41, M-31.
 

1. Packaging, transportation and storage

   This product is packed in a kraft paper bag lined with a plastic bag. The bag is attached with the product certificate, and the outer package indicates: trademark, manufacturer name, production standard, net weight of the product. The net weight of each bag is 20kg or according to customer requirements.
The product should be clean during transportation and loading and unloading, to prevent sun exposure, rain, high temperature, static electricity, fire, and moisture, to avoid damage to the package.
Products should be stored in a cool, ventilated, no direct sunlight, temperature below 40ºC environment, storage point should be away from fire, sparks, static electricity and strong oxidants, storage should avoid moisture materials, after opening the package, need to be sealed in time or use as soon as possible.
The shelf life of the product is one year. After one year, it can still be used after the performance test is qualified.




Main products

1. Our products are widely used in the production of stone plastic flooring, PVC materials and rubber products.
2. In the field of stone plastic floor manufacturing, we produce calcium zinc stabilizer S-197, and high performance composite material A1-705, the ionic polymer ACR-401 and chlorinated polyethylene CPE-135A. In addition, the company has independently developed the SPC special package material ATE-985, which is composed of special ionomer, acrylate and high-efficiency calcium and zinc stabilizer.
3. In the production of PVC pipes, in addition to ACR-401 and CPE-135A, we also have a new and better calcium and zinc stabilizer G0106GA, and a modifier P-701M that can increase the impact resistance of pipes in low temperature environment.
4. In the field of PVC profiles, we have ACR-401, CPE-135A, And special calcium zinc stabilizers G0107B and G0107A1 for common profiles and door and window profiles, respectively. In addition, there are additives A1-705 and K-806 that can improve the resistance to impact and weather resistance. I hope it has the products you need.
5. During the production process of PVC film, we provide ACR modifiers P-550 and p-156, which can accelerate the plastication and increase the surface finish of the material, and the anti-impact modifier MBS.
6. In the production of PVC cables, we can offer CPE-135A, P-550 and a forming agent WY-55 with excellent dispersibility that can increase the production rate of cables.
7. In the production of rubber and plastic products, we have CPE-135A,A1-703 and special zinc oxide with excellent dispersibility, which can improve the performance of products and further improve the processing performance of mixed gels.
