Polar material solid plasticizer

Product Introduction
  This product is an aromatic carboxylate material and it is also a polar material. Therefore, it has excellent compatibility in polar rubbers such as CR, NBR, CM, FKM and CSM rubber.
  It can be used as a substitution for plasticizers such as DOP and DOTP in the mixing and processing of polar rubber types. Effectively reduce Mooney viscosity, improve the processing and dispersion performance of the rubber compound and increase surface hardness of finish product.

Recommended Dosage
It is widely applicable to CR rubber, NBR rubber, XNBR rubber, HNBR rubber, chlorobutyl rubber, CSM rubber, ACM rubber, and CM rubber, etc.
Replacing the original plasticizer in equal amounts.


Packaging, Storage and Transportation
It is recommended to store it in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight also. It is strictly prohibited to contact with acidic and alkaline substances.

It is packaged in woven valve bags, with net weight of 25kg per bag.
General chemical transportation methods can be adopted.
