Rubber Antioxidant SPC/SPP

Physical properties: Pure SP is light yellow to amber viscous liquid, the relative density is 1.07-1.09, flash point is 182ºC.

Features:
Antioxidant SP is a non-pollution additive. It has good resistance to thermal oxidative aging, flex cracking, sunlight aging and weather aging. No color change, no pollution, no blooming and easy to disperse.

Application:
Used for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, SBR, neoprene, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber and other light-colored or brilliant rubber products, such as footwear, tape products, latex sponge products.
It can also be used in SBR and nitrile rubber as stabilizer.
Dosage:
This product has good dispersion and compatibility in rubber, the general usage is 0.5-3 phr. No blooming will happen at 2 phr. For latex products, SP can be added after emulsification.
For anti-radiation rubber products, the recommended amount is 1-2 phr.
